Stigmergy Project — Nexus Tower

Nexus Tower blends innovation and nature, drawing on stigmergy — the way collaborative behavior organizes space indirectly through shared traces — as an organizing idea for a mixed-use high-rise.

A winding ramp starts at grade in an adjacent public park with a café, seating, and planting for community gathering, while a curvilinear parking garage picks up the same stigmergic logic without breaking from the surrounding streetscape.

Inside, a neofuturistic lobby, a restaurant and bar, and adaptable office floors are designed to keep encouraging the kind of informal collaboration the concept is named for — a nexus connecting people, design, and the surrounding city.
