The brief called for a housing proposal on a 30' by 90' tithing lot fronting Telfair Square in Savannah.
The concept draws on Savannah's sacred traditions — natural light, centrality, natural ventilation, and a vertical axis borrowed from religious space-making — translated into a domestic plan.
Massing and datum lines were kept deliberately sensitive to the historic lot pattern and the neighboring buildings around the square.
